Hopjacks is a full restaurant/bar located at 10 South Palafox, Pensacola, FL serving appetizers, salads, and killer pizza. We are open from 11 a.m. to 2:30 a.m. seven days a week, serving our full menu until 2 a.m. every day. We use only top-quality ingredients in every recipe. For example, our steak is filet, our herbs are hand picked, our sausage is slow roasted italian rope sausage, our sauce is made fresh daily, and our dough is made from scratch every morning. Nothing, and we mean nothing, stops us from doing our best to provide you with the most amazing dining and entertainment experience that we can. We've have over 150 beers including 36 taps and a full bar, and we pride ourselves on having one of the most extensive and unique beer selections in the Panhandle. The beers change weekly, and we make a point to keep the selection fresh by consistently bringing new brands in our doors from all over the world. And we have Pabst Blue Ribbon on tap. Oh yeah!

Our atmosphere is eclectic and hip: tall ceilings, exposed brick and beam construction, couches and a long center bar down the middle of the restaurant reminiscent of pubs in Europe. On almost every weekend, we have live music on or around the hours of 9 p.m.-1 a.m. During regular hours, we play an array of alternative music; lighter alternative during the day and evening and sliding into heavier rock as the night progresses. When we book our live bands, we look for different styles, including blues, jazz, alternative, reggae, big band, etc.

We offer call ahead and carry-out service any time we are open, and downtown Pensacola delivery service.
